Muffins aux myrtilles moelleux<br>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 8 muffins) :<br>200 g de farine<br>100 g de sucre<br>1 \u0153uf<br>100 ml de lait<br>60 g de beurre fondu<br>1 sachet de levure chimique<br>150 g de myrtilles fra\u00eeches ou surgel\u00e9es<br>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<br>Pr\u00e9paration :<br>Pr\u00e9chauffe ton four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (chaleur tournante).<br>Dans un saladier, m\u00e9lange la farine, le sucre, la levure et le sel.<br>Dans un autre bol, bats l&rsquo;\u0153uf avec le lait et le beurre fondu.<br>Verse les liquides dans les ingr\u00e9dients secs, m\u00e9lange sans trop travailler la p\u00e2te.<br>Incorpore d\u00e9licatement les myrtilles.<br>Remplis des moules \u00e0 muffins aux 3\/4 et enfourne pour 20-25 min.<br><br>\ud83c\udf68 2. Yaourt glac\u00e9 aux myrtilles (sans sorbeti\u00e8re)<br>Ingr\u00e9dients :<br>300 g de myrtilles surgel\u00e9es<br>250 g de yaourt nature ou grec<br>2 c. \u00e0 soupe de miel ou de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable<br>Pr\u00e9paration :<br>Mets tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un blender.<br>Mixe jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une texture lisse.<br>Sers imm\u00e9diatement pour un effet \u00ab\u00a0glace\u00a0\u00bb, ou laisse 1 h au cong\u00e9lateur pour plus de tenue.<br><br>\ud83e\udd67 3. Tarte express aux myrtilles<br>Ingr\u00e9dients :<br>1 p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e<br>300 g de myrtilles<br>2 c. \u00e0 soupe de sucre<br>1 c. \u00e0 soupe de poudre d\u2019amande (optionnel)<br>1 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de jus de citron<br>Pr\u00e9paration :<br>Pr\u00e9chauffe ton four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<br>D\u00e9roule la p\u00e2te dans un moule. Pique-la \u00e0 la fourchette.<br>Saupoudre un peu de poudre d\u2019amande au fond (absorbe le jus).<br>R\u00e9partis les myrtilles, saupoudre de sucre et arrose de jus de citron.<br>Enfourne 25-30 min jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit dor\u00e9e.<br><br>\ud83c\udf79 4. Smoothie myrtilles-banane<br>Ingr\u00e9dients :<br>1 banane<br>150 g de myrtilles<br>150 ml de lait (v\u00e9g\u00e9tal ou animal)<br>1 c. \u00e0 soupe de miel (optionnel)<br>Pr\u00e9paration :<br>Mets tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un blender.<br>Mixe jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention d\u2019un smoothie onctueux.<br>Bois frais, avec ou sans gla\u00e7ons.<br><br>\ud83e\udd63 5.
